Eligibility for a Full Refund
A 100% refund will be granted if requested 7 days before the official start date of the course.
The course start date is defined as the date specified on the course enrollment or product page at the time of purchase or as communicated to you.

- Your full name
- Order confirmation number
- Course name
- Reason for refund
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If required, we might ask for more information.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued once the course has started.
Partial attendance or non-participation after the start date does not qualify for a refund.
